There are several ways to implement and finance it. One of them is that parking lot owners provide their parking spaces for solar roofing and leave the financing to third parties.
The parking space owner incurs no costs during the contract period. He also doesn't have to worry about maintenance.
After the contractual term has ended, the solar carport system will not be dismantled, but will be transferred to the parking lot owner. They can decide for themselves about the solar power they continue to produce: either continue to feed it into the public grid or use it for their own consumption.
