Apple Pay ist in Deutschland gestartet – eine Landingpage mit Informationen rund um den Dienst sowie zu teilnehmenden Banken, Händlern und Onlineshops zeigt, wo der Dienst genutzt werden kann. Aktuell ist das Mobile-Payment-Angebot von Apple damit im 30 Ländern und Regionen verfügbar – darunter allerdings auch kleine Gebiet wie die Kanalinseln oder San Marino. In Europa kann Apple Pay aktuell unter anderem im Vereinigten Königreich, Frankreich, Spanien und Italien genutzt werden.

Apple Pay has been launched in Germany – a landing page with information about the service and participating banks, retailers and online shops shows where the service can be used. Apple’s mobile payment service is currently available in 30 countries and regions, including small areas such as the Channel Islands and San Marino. In Europe, Apple Pay can currently be used in the United Kingdom, France, Spain and Italy, among other countries.

Google Pay ist mittlerweile auch in Deutschland verfügbar. Verbraucher können den Bezahldienst unter anderem bei Adidas, Lidl Süd und Media Markt nutzen – und überall dort, wo das entsprechende Symbol ausgehängt ist. Der Mobile-Payment-Dienst ist nun in 22 Ländern und Regionen weltweit verfügbar – zuletzt sind Kroatien, Italien und Indien dazugekommen.
