Startups worldwide are considered drivers of innovation, economic growth, and technological transformation. However, despite their impressive ideas and solutions, German startups face challenges that limit their growth potential, particularly internationally. While many international founders think and act globally from the outset, German startups often remain heavily focused on their domestic market. This not only reflects a fundamental mindset but also reveals structural deficiencies across the entire ecosystem: from education and funding programs to policy.
