Openai has integrated extensive safety precautions into the new agents. In the case of critical actions such as sending emails or entering payment data, the system explicitly calls for the user's confirmation. The Chatgpt Agent has been available for pro, plus and team users since July 17, 2025. Pro users receive 400 messages per month, while plus and team users have 40 messages available. Enterprise and education customers are to be given access in the coming weeks.
The original operator has been available in Germany and other European countries since March 2025. However, access is currently limited to PRO users who have an expensive $ 200 subscription.
