Grund sind Proteste der Anwohner, die angesichts von 25.000 Tech-Jobs steigende Mieten und den Kollaps des U-Bahn-Netztes befürchteten. Mit fast 650.000 Beschäftigten ist Amazon das größte Tech-Unternehmen der Welt.
