As a result, 58 percent of global downstream traffic can be attributed to video streaming. As the graphic shows, Netflix alone is responsible for 15 percent of internet traffic. YouTube (11.4 percent) is in third place in the ranking of the largest traffic generators. Amazon Prime (3.7 percent) is in single-digit seventh place.
