IoT Overview
IoT, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Smart Home, RFID, 5G and many other new terms have exploded around our ears in recent years. We stood there in amazement with our mouths open, which somehow still sounded like science fiction and utopia. We haven't yet understood the usefulness of communicating microwaves or refrigerators, and many of us still don't understand it.
Industry 4.0? Smart Factory? Smart industry? Is there any difference? The 'Buzzword Factory' had a boom again and the 'Buzzwird-Bingo Machinery' is still booming.
We are currently working on a comprehensive specialist article on this topic and have already put together a lot. The scrap or partial result was, among other things, this graphic. We found them simple and understandable at first glance. We didn't want to keep that from the world! 😉
