Apple no longer wants to report sales figures

Apple recently announced that it would no longer publish sales figures. From the company's perspective, the number of iPhones, iPads and Mac computers sold within a quarter is not a good indicator of the success of Apple's business. In particular, the number of iPhones sold has been watched with great interest by media and analysts in the past. Our infographic illustrates how Apple comes to this conclusion.
