98% of Chinese online users surf on mobile

According to the China Internet Network Information Center, 802 million Chinese now use the Internet, which corresponds to around 58 percent of the total population. And almost all of them (98 percent) also use the mobile Internet. But that's not all the superlatives. According to a report by Internet World Business, 71 percent of online users in the Middle Kingdom use online payment services or e-commerce offers. Booking taxis or bicycles via apps and reserving buses and trains via the Internet are also widespread.
