Analysts at Kantar estimate the revenue of the world's ten largest retailers this year at more than $1.7 trillion. The top three in the ranking are the US companies Walmart, Amazon, and Costco. Following them, with approximately $133 billion, is the German Schwarz Group, which includes Lidl and Kaufland. Aldi is another German representative in the top 10, as the graphic shows. JD.com (China) and Carrefour (France) are the only other non-American companies in the top 10.

The analysts at Kantar estimate the turnover of the world's ten largest retailers in the current year at more than 1.7 trillion US dollars. The top trio in the ranking are the US companies Walmart, Amazon and Costco. Behind them is the German Schwarz Group, to which Lidl and Kaufland belong, with around 133 billion US dollars. With Aldi there is also another German representative in the top 10, as a look at their graphics shows. Behind them follow JD.com (China) and Carrefour (France), the only other non-US companies.
