Interestingly, the heating project was implemented under financially attractive conditions through a rental concept called HeizWerk. This meant there were no direct investment costs. The combined rental and operating costs are lower than the previous energy costs, making the project economically viable. This innovative rental model makes energy-efficient heating systems achievable even with limited financial resources.
