And further: “AI is the technology that helps companies to be agile, innovative and scalable.” Currently, four of the most common application areas have something to do with sales or defense against cyber threats. With 11.3 percent of the market volume, the automation of customer service employees is currently at the forefront - this primarily means chat bots. This is followed by the automation of sales processes and the automated detection and defense of threats.
