Interbrand 's "Best Global Brands 2018," Amazon has increased its brand value to over $100 billion – a 56 percent rise compared to the previous year and a two-place climb in the ranking. Apple remains in first place. The highest-ranked German brand is Mercedes-Benz in eighth place. The most valuable brand outside the technology and internet sector is Coca-Cola in fifth place.
