The Huawei P20 Lite was the best-selling smartphone in Germany in the third quarter, with a market share of six percent. This is according to data provided to Statista by Counterpoint Research . The iPhone 8 and iPhone X followed in second and third place, respectively. The top five was rounded out by two Samsung devices, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. Internationally, Huawei has now also overtaken Apple, as current Strategy Analytics data shows.
