From an executive perspective, cloud computing is the most important technology of the near future. This emerges from the IBM C-Suite study , for which 5,247 C-level managers (CEO, CFO, etc.) from 70 countries were surveyed. The executives surveyed attach similar importance to the areas of mobile and Internet of Things. What all of these technology areas have in common is that they have a strong connection to the Internet. Top managers surveyed, on the other hand, apparently have topics such as new energy sources or biotechnology less on their radar.
