The 7th annual industrial immersive took place on March 3 and 4, 2025 in the Westin Memorial City in Houston, Texas. This significant event brought together leading experts from the areas of industry, energy and engineering in order to exchange experiences, insights and recommendations for implementing and scaling immersive technology programs in corporate processes. The event has established itself as a central platform for decision -makers who deal with the digital transformation in industrial environments.

The Industrial Digital Twin Forum offered profound insights into the world of digital twins. One of the headquarters was “Taming the Twin: Data Deep Dive”, which dealt with data processing and analysis in digital twins. “Twin Building 101: From Data to Model at Scale” provided a fundamental overview of the development of digital twins.
“Twins for Design: Simulate & Optimize” and “Handoff the Twin: Facility Management's Future” showed how digital twins can be used to optimize design processes and plant management. Specific industry applications were discussed in “Oil & Gas: Digital Twins from Reality Capture” and “Digital Twins Improve Performance in the Process Industries”.
Industrial Reality Capture (Industrial Reality Capture Forum)
The Industrial Reality Capture Forum focused on recording and using data from the physical world for creating digital models. Topics included “Capture Case Studies: From Construction to the Environment”, “Progress Tracking: Construction in Real-Time” and “Power Plants: Capturing the AS-Built Truth”.
Further discussions dealt with “Reverse Engineering & Design: Scan, Analyze, Recreate” and “Robots on a Roll & Mobile Mapping: Autonomous”, which examined the role of automated systems when recording reality data.

The Industrial Ai Nexus Converge event was a significant innovation at the Industrial Immersive 2025. It focused on industrial AI, AI agents and the integration of AI with digital twins, IIoT, drones, robotics and more.

Innovative aspects and innovations of the event
The most important innovation of the 2025 Industrial Immersive was the introduction of the industrial AI Nexus Converge event. This new event was particularly devoted to the industrial AI, AI agents and the integration of AI with other technologies such as digital twins, IIOT, drones and robotics.
