On March 31, 2013, we launched our first post with Stockxpert. The topic: “Flexible storage of heavy loads”
First post on Facebook on April 6, 2013.
Just one year later, we renamed ourselves Intralogistik.Tips. On February 1, 2017, we started the transformation to Xpert.Digital.
“The rapid pace of technological change naturally doesn't stop at the boundaries of logistics. That's why we decided to use Xpert.Digital to present exciting, industry-independent questions and solutions that will accompany us in our everyday work in the future.”
In collaboration with renowned manufacturers and experts from theory and practice, we gain valuable insights into the development labs of industry and research. This, combined with our research network and presence at leading national and international trade fairs, provides us with expertise in the field of digitalization and virtual worlds that we would like to share with you
After almost 8 years, a great deal of knowledge and expertise has accumulated that is quite impressive.
As early as 1988, we were working with artificial intelligence (AI), and from 1998 onwards, we gained our first experience in search engine optimization (SEO), before things really took off with the World Wide Web in 2001 under the domain SEO.AG. By 2004, we were already working with TYPO3 under the domain TYPO3.TV and were probably the first in southern Germany to support the CMS. WordPress came later. Shortly after that, there was the hype surrounding Ajax. Who remembers that? Not to mention social media and Facebook. At our peak, we had over 17 million followers.
The most well-known examples, which are inactive today but still reachable, are:
- Football – If there's a universe, then there's also football:
https://www.facebook.com/fussall
- Psycho – It was the largest German-language horror and Halloween social media fan page:
https://www.facebook.com/psychomanie
We later sold other websites in the football and fashion categories to third parties. Women's fashion wasn't exactly our favorite topic, and football wasn't exactly our greatest passion.
We've embraced and helped shape all facets of the digital world. From tracking, like call tracking, to inbound and outbound marketing, marketing automation, global marketing, and social marketing. If anything's missing, it's probably because we've lost track of the sheer number and variety of digital developments. 😂🤣
Well, with Xpert.Digital, we've been on a great journey for almost eight years now. The concept was clear as early as 2013: developing and expanding a thematic hub with all the associated and related developments, primarily in the field of logistics/intralogistics and the digital world. Today, this is defined as digitalization.
What do you understand by digitalization?

Digitalization as a driving force and key component
How we secure the infrastructure of our key industries will be crucial for the future!
Key industries in Germany today include the automotive industry, the construction industry, food production, the chemical industry, the electrical industry, energy production, mechanical engineering and shipyards.
While banking is often considered a key industry, human resources are completely overlooked in this analysis. Key industries are sectors of a certain size that dominate our country's economic life and determine its success or failure. However, it's often forgotten that human resources are crucial for a company's success. This includes the knowledge, skills, and motivation of employees. In our case, we have no reason to complain. Germany ranks among the top ten countries worldwide for quality of life, whether in healthcare or education. In Germany, complaints are often about trivial matters. Certainly, there's room for improvement, but we perform very well in a global comparison. We mustn't forget that. Another important aspect is work-life balance. This refers to a state in which work and private life are in harmony. Here, too, there's no cause for complaint. Germany is among the world's leaders.
If we want to maintain and further improve the standards of our key industries, including human resources, then we really need to do much more. This isn't just about us, but also about the environment and nature, for ourselves and future generations.
On the one hand, the gaps in basic services in rural regions must be closed again, on the other hand, urbanization also has top priority, taking into account the aspects mentioned above.
How we secure the infrastructure of our key industries will be crucial for the future!
Three areas are of particular importance here:
- Digital Intelligence (Digital Transformation, Internet Access, Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things)
- Intralogistics/Logistics (Full automation, mobility of goods and people)
- Autonomous power supply (CO₂ neutrality, planning security, environmental safety)
With Xpert.Digital as a cross-industry expertise and digital hub, we connect not only logistics and intralogistics across disciplines, but also other sectors of industry, including skilled trades, mechanical engineering, and commerce. The latter focuses primarily on e-commerce.

Virtual Fair and Virtual Showroom
The coronavirus pandemic not only caused a collapse in the economy, but also led to the complete shutdown of platforms for business-level networking. This refers to trade fairs and events, which had to be canceled en masse and whose cancellations continue to this day.
But here too, Xpert.Digital was ahead of its time! With VARP, which stands for Virtual & Augmented Reality Project, we not only developed theoretical possibilities specifically for the B2B sector, we also implemented them!

❌ What's still missing is the area of autonomous power supply through renewable energies ❗️
Photovoltaics for industrial autonomous power supply
The link between industry and renewable energies like photovoltaics is easily established. Besides the demands and obligations placed on businesses by policymakers to increase their use of renewable energies, numerous projects in this direction are already underway.
